Delivery Charges and Information:

We deliver goods to addresses within and outside the United Kingdom.

We aim to deliver goods to destinations in the UK within 2-3 days of receipt of cheque but please allow up to 7 days in most circumstances. For international orders please allow up to 10 working days.

For deliveries to the UK all orders are sent using Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery.  For deliveries to all other countries all orders are sent using Royal Mail Airmail Small Parcel service.

All items shown on this site (unless otherwise stated) are in stock. However, in periods of high demand, we occasionally become out of stock on some items. In this instance, we will contact you (by phone or by email) to advise you on the expected delivery date. Most out of stock items are restocked within 5 to 7 days. If this is not the case, we will keep you informed by your preferred method as to when the item will be restocked. In the case of an item being out of stock, you will have the option to cancel your order at any time before delivery.

In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, please email us at enquiries@calmersolutions.com to arrange collection of the item. Faulty items are returned to us at no cost to you.

If you make your complaint by email we will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and attempt to resolve the issue within 5 to 7 working days. If you make your complaint by letter, we will acknowledge receipt by return post, and attempt to reach a satisfactory conclusion within 5 to 7 working days. We will always do our utmost to resolve complaints to your satisfaction and keep you informed throughout the investigation process.
