Anything stated or expressed in these terms of trading are additional to and do not effect your statutory rights.
Pricing and Availability:
Prices are correct at publication date, but may change. If you order an item which has been increased in price, we will advise you before processing your order.
All prices on this web site include VAT at the current rate. Where requested, goods are supplied with a VAT receipt.
Postage costs are added to your order via the online shopping cart system and are calculated by the destination address.
For deliveries to the UK all orders are sent using Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery. For 5 items and above an additional 'tracker/signed for' charge is added.
For
deliveries to all other countries all orders are sent using Royal Mail Airmail Small Parcel service. For 5 items and above an additional 'international signed for' charge is added.
To order 10 items or above, please contact Calmer Solutions who will be pleased to arrange postage costs for you.
All items shown on this site (unless otherwise stated) are in stock. However, in periods of high demand, we may occasionally become out of stock on some items. In this instance, we will contact you (by telephone or by email) to advise you on the expected delivery date. Most out of stock items are restocked within 7 to 14 working days. If this is not the case, we will keep you informed by your preferred method as to when the item will be restocked. In the case of an item being out of stock, you will have the option to cancel your order at any time before delivery.
Ordering Instructions:
To purchase an item click the 'BUY' button either on the right hand side of the web page next to the product or on the 'more info .....' page. On the basket page you will have the opportunity to view your order before choosing whether to continue shopping, empty the basket, amend the quantity of an item or to proceed to the checkout. To complete your order, select the 'GO TO CHECKOUT' button at the bottom of the basket page. On the checkout page, please check your order and enter your delivery details. If you wish to proceed with your order, select the 'CONTINUE' button at the bottom of the checkout page. You will then be asked to enter your payment details which will be sent via WorldPay's secure server. This means that your credit card details are fully encrypted and can only be viewed by WorldPay, ensuring the highest levels of security. To complete the order process, select the 'MAKE PAYMENT' button at the bottom the screen. To be certain that your order has been transmitted, please wait for the thank you screen to load before leaving this site. The thank you screen will detail your order reference. Please note this reference and quote on any correspondence relating to the order. Shortly after receiving your order, we will send you an email confirming your order reference, the items ordered, total order value, and estimated delivery date.
Payment can be made online using Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta, Amex or JCB. We take all possible precautions to prevent credit card fraud and will refuse to accept orders where we consider that the transaction may be fraudulent or if authorisation is refused by the credit/debit card processing company. We also accept cheques, but regret that goods paid for by cheque cannot be dispatched until bank clearance has taken place (normally 3 working days). Please do not post cash.
Privacy:
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
Security:
We do not use cookies to track the behaviour of visitors to our site.
Your payment details are processed through a secure server. This means that your credit card details are fully encrypted and can only be viewed by WorldPay, ensuring the highest levels of security.
The information collected comprises only that essential to processing your order, namely details of your purchase, your name, delivery address, contact details, and payment information. The information is stored on a secure server and password protected.

Returns and Complaints:
In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, please email us at enquiries@calmersolutions.com to arrange collection of the item. Faulty items are returned to us at no cost to you.
In the unlikely event that you need to make a complaint, please email us at enquiries@calmersolutions.com, or write to us at Calmer Solutions, Lakeland Studio, Carr Road, North Kelsey, Lincolnshire, LN7 6LG, United Kingdom. If you make your complaint by email we will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and attempt to resolve the issue within 5 to 7 working days. If you make your complaint by letter, we will acknowledge receipt by return post, and attempt to reach a satisfactory conclusion within 5 to 7 working days. We will always do our utmost to resolve complaints to your satisfaction and keep you informed throughout the investigation process.
Cancellation:
You have the right to cancel the contract formed by the sale. In order to cancel the contract you must return the goods within 7 days of delivery receipt day for items delivered within the United Kingdom or 10 days for items delivered outside of the United Kingdom. The goods must be unused and packed as they were supplied. The cost of returning the goods to us must be met by you. A full refund, excluding any postage charged will be made within 30 days after the returning the goods. The refund will be made using the payment method used, ie if the goods were paid for by credit card the refund will be made to that same credit card.

Ordering and Payment:
When you place an order with us from this web site, or directly by phone, fax or post, you are making an agreement to purchase from us and promising that payment will made to us by the bank or other administrator of your payment card and that we may request authorisation for payment to us by the bank or other administrator. In the event that payment is revoked after despatch and or delivery of the goods, we reserve the right to take the necessary steps to recover payment from you.
